Status of compliance with requirements
This website is partially compliant with the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG). The technical implementation is based on BITV 2.0 in conjunction with the European standard EN 301 549.
Known shortcomings and positive developments
Measures already implemented
- We are continuously working to improve accessibility.
- Important input fields in our forms have already been clearly labelled to make them easier to use.
- Most of the images on the website have been provided with meaningful alternative texts so that users of screen readers can also understand the content.
Existing defects
The following significant limitations were identified during the review:
- Some assistive elements for screen readers (ARIA attributes) are not implemented correctly, which can lead to confusion when using assistive technologies.
- In some places, the contrast between text and background is insufficient, making it difficult to read for people with visual impairments.
We are actively working to rectify these shortcomings. Implementing all requirements immediately was deemed disproportionately burdensome, but we are addressing them step by step.
For some purely decorative graphics or very small symbols (icons), alternative text was deliberately omitted, as these do not convey any relevant information.
Date of creation and method of evaluation
This statement was created on August 7, 2025. The assessment is based on an audit conducted by sobek innovations UG (limited liability) and was carried out using automated testing tools.
